They have no regard for your furniture and will deny any claim of damage. We have before and after pictures from us and them that show clear damage and everything has been denied. As a military family we had no choice in the matter. I hope you have the choice, and choose not to use this company. We will now be dealing with the legal department to get a fair settlement for their lack of care for other people's stuff.
Do NOT use this company if you have the choice. Absolutely the worst military moving experience we have ever had. The packers were completely dishonest, stole sentimental items, destroyed our brand new furniture, and lied about what their codes meant to describe our personal property.
First of all they bring one vehicle and pack all your stuff inside with packing blankets. Then they bring it to a warehouse where they go through your stuff and rewrap in packing paper and pack into crates without your presence. Every other move we have had that is all done at your residence in your presence. The crates are sealed and ready to ship at the same time.
